Silence Speaks Throwback Thursday

I was watching a movie called “Rapture” and it produced this post. This is for all leaders. In the movie, the pastor and many leaders didn’t make it to heaven.

Oftentimes, leaders serve, pray, and minister to the flock and neglect their own salvation for the sakes of others. Many times, leaders develop unhealthy habits and conditions from others. We seek to save others and end up needing to save ourselves.

When you see yourself picking up habits and unhealthy lifestyle, know that this is not the doing of God for God will never put more on us than we can bear. So, if you generate a need to fulfill a strong drink, cigarette, or vice, after ministering to someone, know that this is your own doing.

The blind cannot lead the blind. Stay in the limelight of pure vision to keep your eyes on the prize. Don’t forget to work on yourself as you work on others.
